Transcendent Servant Leadership

Purpose of the Program

Transcendent Servant Leadership exists to support those who lead through service—often quietly, relationally, and at personal cost.

Many forms of service require sustained presence, moral clarity, and emotional availability, often without the protection of title or position, recognition, or adequate time for renewal. Over time, even well-intentioned leaders can experience fatigue, drift, or a gradual loss of the meaning that first called them to serve.

This program was created to provide space for reflection, formation, and renewal for those whose leadership is expressed through care for others. It emphasizes humility, presence, discernment, and the long view of service—helping leaders remain grounded, resilient, and faithful to the work entrusted to them.
