PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE

These Program Terms of Service (“Program Terms”) govern the purchase and use of any leadership development program, materials, or access provided by Transcendent Education LLC (“Transcendent,” “we,” “us”). By completing payment for a Transcendent program, you (“Customer”) agree to these Program Terms.
1. Nature of the Program
Transcendent provides structured professional leadership development programs designed to support clinical reasoning, leadership formation, and professional growth within hospice organizations.
All program offerings are educational and developmental in nature only.
2. No Consulting; No Clinical Work
Transcendent Education LLC does not provide:
Consulting services
Clinical services or patient care
Medical, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice
Operational decision-making or oversight
Transcendent does not participate in patient care or clinical decision-making in any capacity. All clinical, operational, and organizational decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed professionals and organizations using the program.
3. Relationship of the Parties
The relationship between Transcendent and Customer is strictly that of an independent program provider and purchaser.
Nothing in these Program Terms creates or implies:
A consulting or advisory relationship
A physician-patient relationship
An employment, agency, or supervisory relationship
4. Program Access and Use
Upon payment, Customer is granted access to the purchased program materials subject to the accompanying License & Program Use Agreement.
Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Program Terms or the License & Program Use Agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing prior to purchase
6. Intellectual Property
All program materials, written content, frameworks, and supporting documents are the exclusive intellectual property of Transcendent Education LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright law.
No ownership rights are transferred through program participation or purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transcendent Education LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in or use of the program, including reliance on program content.
Participation in the program is voluntary and undertaken at the Customer’s own discretion and professional responsibility.
8. Modifications to Program Terms
Transcendent may update these Program Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Program Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
